DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Items shipped within Australia are sent via Australia Post Standard with signature required upon delivery. 

A flat rate of $15.00 AUD for all orders or free on orders over $200 AUD

We now ship to the United States.A flat rate of $20AUD applies to all US orders. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays.Please note all international shipments require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect the item at your local post office.

 

RETURNS

We offer exchanges or store credit notes within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Please see terms and conditions of returns under our policy section. 

Due to the handcrafted nature of each item, refunds are not available for change of mind.

Items sent without prior approval will be returned to sender.

Ensure return items are properly and securely packaged in their original packaging, including the ring / necklace / earring box.

Any goods received that do not comply will not be accepted.

We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking. 

**EM is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

We do not provide return shipping labels or reimbursement for shipping costs.
All items sent back to us are at the expense of the sender.

CANCELLED ORDERS
