Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Every Elvera Maria piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a structural fault occurs (such as a loose claw or a failing weld point) due to the making process, we will repair or replace your piece completely free of charge.

Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not cover standard wear and tear, gemstone loss due to accidental impact, or severe accidental damage.

The "Accidents Happen" Repair Guarantee

Jewellery is meant to be lived in, and we know that real life happens. Chains can get caught, and rings can take hard knocks. Unlike mass-market brands that shift the blame to the wearer, we are here to support you when accidents happen.

If you accidentally damage your Elvera Maria piece, send it back to our Melbourne studio. Our master jewellers will repair your piece at cost—meaning we only charge you for the literal weight of the gold or solder materials used and the exact bench time, with zero retail markup. We want to get your favourite piece back on your hand, not sitting broken in a drawer.

Complimentary Annual Tune-Up

To ensure your jewellery lasts a lifetime, we offer a complimentary annual safety check for all Elvera Maria solid gold rings. Once a year, you can ship your ring back to us, and our team will inspect the stones, tighten the claws, and give it a professional polish completely free of charge (customer covers shipping).
